By creating an account or using Moo Moo Stages ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Moo Moo Stages is a web-based tool for designing and visualizing stage layouts. The Service is provided on a 30-minute free trial, after which continued use requires a one-time lifetime license purchase of $99 USD.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment & License

The lifetime license is a one-time payment of $99 USD, processed securely via Stripe. The license grants you continued personal use of the Service for as long as it remains operational. The license is non-transferable.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or resell the Service; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to disrupt the Service or other users' access; (d) upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and branding, is owned by Moo Moo Stages. Stage designs you create remain your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moo Moo Stages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
