24-Hour Refund Window
We offer a full refund of the $99 lifetime license fee if requested within 24 hours of purchase. To make this fair to everyone, we also encourage you to use the free 30-minute trial before purchasing - it's designed to give you a complete sense of the Service.
After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. This includes (but is not limited to) cases of:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the Service
- Forgetting to use the Service after purchase
- Accidental or duplicate purchases reported after 24 hours
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 24-hour window, email support@moomoostages.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your order confirmation or the last 4 digits of the card used. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
If the Service is materially broken for you due to a confirmed bug on our end and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time, we will issue a refund regardless of the 24-hour window. Contact us at the email above to report the issue.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback - we are a small operation and will work with you to resolve any issue quickly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in your account being suspended.
